Charms

I am almost finished with all of the gifts for our wedding party, and last night I picked up one of these charms from Tiffany for my niece who is going to be my personal attendant. She just got the charm bracelet so I think she will love her new charm, what 13 year old wouldn't love a charm like this?

Embroidered Beach Towels

I am in the finishing stages of filling our welcome totes I just picked up these beach towels from Pottery Barn Kids for my niece and nephew with their names embroidered on them. I am sure they will be used plenty throughout the weekend in Jamaica.

Anna Wolf

I am excited to share with you the work of Anna Wolf, our good friend and the photographer of our wedding. Anna and her boyfriend Mike Perry, whom we've known for years after meeting him in art school, have become close friends and fellow Brooklynites. While Anna mostly shoots fashion and documentary photography, we're really excited that she is taking the time to capture this cherished moment in our lives.

We met with Mike and Anna the other night and they are both so enthusiastic about shooting our wedding and have so many great ideas. Having the ability to sit down and really exchange ideas on the look and feel of the photos was a great opportunity. We can hardly wait 17 more days!!!

Bridesmaid's Gifts

With only 18 days left to go for our wedding, I have been checking off my list of gifts to give to everyone that will be part of it. I bought my two bridesmaid's (my sisters) a gift box full of Fresh Sugar goodies. The sweet lemony scent of Sugar goes well with our theme of the yellow and lemons. Here are some of the things that came in their gifts and I just had to throw in a Sake candle too as it is my favorite candle scent ever.

I happened to go to the Union Square Fresh a couple of weeks ago to get a makeup lesson done by Vané's friend Claribel and she did an amazing job! I am not totally confident with applying makeup and she gave me step by step guidelines and then numbered each product with the steps. She was so helpful!

Flora New York

As I walked back from lunch the other day in Soho, I walked by Flora New York and saw these gorgeous rustic arrangements sitting outside. If you happen to be in Soho, you should stop by their shop on Thompson street, a refreshing break from some of the strong odors lovely NYC emits in the warm summer months. Below are some of their arrangements online.
